We are now booking 8 day ($3,500/per person) and 15 day ($4,500/per person) trips. This price includes airfare from Ogle Airport (Georgetown,Guyana) to Annai, Guyana Return with Trans Guyana Airways + all other interior transportation, lodging, food, fishing guides, use of fishing equipment, and sight seeing within the country of Guyana. EXPOSITION AUTHORITY:
The decision of Guyana Eco Fishing & Adventure Tours Inc. or its representative will be final on all maters that could endanger the safety,well being or enjoyment of all or any client on an exposition.At all times clients must comply with laws,customs & drug regulations.Clients that fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on a exposition, or act in a way to cause harm or endanger others,cause distress or annoyance to others,we may terminate clients exposition with out any liability on Guyana Eco Fishing & Adventure Tours Inc or our representative.

CONDITION CHANGES:
Our expositions all being in remote areas of the Rupinuni Distritct of Guyana Wilderness can sometimes be met by restraining conditions; road,weather and river water levels.At times, not usually during Dec to Apr,conditions may mean some activities may have to be changed or canceled. If altered due to conditions we will replace your destination with an alternate destination that will be just as good for both fishing & wildlife sightings.We will give advance notice ahead of time when we can,sometimes the changes may need to be made on the day to ensure everyone's safety.

Any Natural or Government shutdown of travel will have your Deposit moved to a later date or following year.

SIGHTING WILDLIFE:
Even with the abundance of wildlife present in the Rupinuni District of Guyana's shavannahs & rainforests it is impossible to guarantee a sighting. Each exposition travels to areas where we have had many wildlife sightings in the past.Sometimes the weather conditions,rising or lowering water, or wildlife their self do not co-operate,and this is beyond Guyana Eco Fishing & Adventure Tours Inc.control.We will do our part to take you to see wildlife, but can't be responsible if some wildlife are not seen.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Each client is responsible to obtain their own adequate Personal Travel Insurance.It should cover personal accident,medical expenses and loss of personal property etc..

PAYMENT:
All exposition rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. A deposit of $1000 U.S. dollars is required to confirm any booking. Final balance payment of $3000 for 9 Day Tour or $3500 for 14 Day Tour is due 30 Days before commencement of tour. At anytime payment can be paid in full.

CLIENTS CANCELLATION OF EXPOSITION:
Clients cancellation 30 or more days before exposition travel date--Full Refund minus any airline ticket costs that can not be recovered. Clients cancellation Less then 30 days to 15 days before exposition travel date--50% Refund minus any airline ticket costs that can not be recovered Clients cancellation 15 days or less--rebook for future date-- minus any airline ticket costs that can not be recovered and minus any lodging costs that can not be recovered.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Guyana Eco Fishing & Adventure Tours Inc. provides services outlined in each exposition.Notice be here by given that all arrangements made on behalf of our clients are made by Guyana Eco Fishing & Adventure Tours Inc. on sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury,death,accident,delay,acts of god,detention,expenses arriving from quarantine,strike,riots,theft,force,civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation,accident by boat,motor vehicle,aircraft,or any other transportation or in hotel resort,ranch,guest house,camp or other form of accommodations.

ACCEPTANCE:
Payment for an exposition is taken as acknowledgement and acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
